Terms and conditions

Any order involves unreserved acceptance of these terms of sales for the buyer.

Price: Our prices are in euro VAT included (19.6 % VAT) excluding shipping, under capsule leave (CRD) or neutral, capsules bottles packaged, departure Ivry-en-montagne (France : 21).

Payment conditions: The payment of the goods is payable in full to the order.
It can be done by credit card (visa and mastercard) through our secure payment cyberplus poulaire or by bank transfer (RIB on demand) still Bank.

Availability: We ship within the inventories, in case of an ordered wine stock, we change the order with your agreement and deliver either the new vintage, or a wine to another domain or an equivalent appellation.

Delivery:
o in the case of incomplete address or failure of the digital code causing an inability to the carrier to deliver, an other delivery including the complete address information you will be proposed and invoiced.
o all our boxes are closed by means of custom scotch Autrement Burgundy (band of warranty).
o the sending of a package to another address that billing is possible, you can the accompanied by a message (which you communicated with the order form).
o the shipping charges, customs fees and formalities are only borne by the customer, except occasional agreement.
o we advise you to check carefully the status of packages upon arrival and immediately to notify the factor or the carrier any fault on the delivered goods. Note comments on the delivery slip (parcel missing, broken, bottles open, casses warranty missing or torn... tape) the particulars such as: subject to unpack will be more accepted. Shipping delay: Any delay of delivery will justify cancellation of order.

In case of fault or deprivation: Any anomaly or deprivation may justify cancellation of order.

Order Cancellation :Your request by mail, fax or telephone 24 hours before the so-called command is sent.
Given that the wine is a fragile, no return will be accepted after delivery.

Litigation:
The present general conditions of sale are subject to the application of the French law. In case of dispute we will strive to find an amicable solution. Has default, the tribunal de commerce Beaune is only competent regardless of the place of delivery and mode of payment accepted.

Warsaw Convention:
The delivery of goods outside of the country of origin is under cover of the Warsaw convention.
